Base Dim: 1” X 2-7/8”

Patented design that draws the sashes together tightly, while vertically aligning the top and bottom check rails. It features an elegant spherical finial on the lever arm.

Base Dim.: 3/4” X 2-7/8”

Designed for use on the checkrails of large or inaccessible hung windows which are locked and unlocked using a pole. Not preferred in situations where standard locks are accessible.
