Barn Renovation - Columbus, OH

This pre-Civil War hand-hewn post and beam barn has stood lookout over the Knox County, Ohio for at least 170 years. The barn, with its massive 40-foot-by-75-foot frame has stood the test of time, however, was in need of repair. Efforts and analysis took place to preserve the barn in its original state and location, however, it was determined not to be a practical option. As an alternative there was an interested buyer who desired to salvage and relocate the barn.

Parrett’s work consisted of Extruded Aluminum Clad Direct Sets, Awnings, Tilt/Turns, and Custom All-Wood Entry Doors. The doors were factory finished by Parrett with a Stain & Two (2) Clear Coat process to the interior and exterior. One more quality project that Parrett was proud to be a part of.
